 ion is hosting the Annual Buccaneer Bash on Saturday\, March 30 at 5:30 p.
 m. in DCC’s Toepke Center. Proceeds from the Buccaneer Bash support the An
 nual Scholarship Fund\, which provides academic scholarships and support f
 or additional needs of the College.  \n \nBash attendees will enjoy an eve
 ning of games\, food\, and fun. The event will begin at 5:30\, and heavy h
 ors d‘oeuvres will be served throughout the evening.  There will be carniv
 al-type games where participants can earn pirate coins to use for entry in
 to a main group game with a chance to win cash prizes and an opportunity t
 o bid on a special item.  Silent and live auctions will take place during 
 the event.  A no-host bar will be available.  \n \n“We are excited about t
 he opportunity to spend time with our constituents\, friends\, family\, an
 d folks who support Dawson Community College\,” said Dennis Harp\, Dawson 
 College Foundation Executive Director. “Early table sales and individual t
 icket sales have exceeded expectations and we look forward to a wonderful 
 evening. We are grateful for our title sponsors\, table sponsors\, auction
  items donated\, and individual ticket sales.”\n \nSome of the items guest
 s can bid on include a Bobcat football weekend for two hosted by former Mo
 ntana State University basketball coach Stu Starner and his wife Barb\; ti
 ckets to a Louisiana State University basketball game\, seated with legend
 ary coach Dale Brown\; a Liberty John Deere Gun Safe with mystery rifle in
 side\; a two-night stay at Wolf Creek Cabin in Wolf Creek\, Montana\; and 
 a bronze eagle sculpture donated by local artist Pamela Harr.\n \nThe comp
 lete list of items and more information on each is available on the Founda
 tion’s website\, www.dawsoncollegefoundation.org.\n \nSponsorship packages
  for the Annual Buccaneer Bash are still available. Table sponsorships are
  $400 and include eight tickets to the Bash\, the sponsor’s sign on the ta
 ble\, and logo on the Foundation’s website. Individuals may purchase ticke
 ts to the Bash for $50. Interested organizations and individuals may also
